At PVC, we’re committed to actively giving back to our communities through our corporate social responsibility programs. Over the years, we have been promoting education through scholarship programs and have helped more than 25 youths to graduate.

This year, we are expanding our social contributions by partnering with Right Start, a non-profit organization that offers creative after school programs for underprivileged Filipino children, to raise funds to support their operations.

In this project, 100% of the proceeds go to their cause.

We are proud to announce the graduation of four of our scholarship recipients from Ateneo De Manila University. It gives us great sense of pride and purpose that we are able to help them achieve their education goals and pursue their dreams.

Since 2001, we have been providing educational assistance to high achieving students from different institutions such as: University of the Philippines, Ateneo De Manila, De La Salle University, University of Sto. Tomas, and Healing Servants Sorsogon. To date, we have sponsored 54 students and helped more than 30 youths to graduate.

Our belief is that we exist to serve others so by empowering the youth and supporting the our nation’s economy, we realize our mission to give back to our community and give deserving students a chance at a better future.

We asked our scholars on how they grasped the vision of helping others and here’s what they have to say:

“Nakilala ko ang bansa natin na may mga mahihirap at mga naisantabi at sila ang dahilan para tayong magsumikap para matulungan sila”Audrey Joey A. Lorilla, BS-Electronics Engineering

“There is a greater need out there, a need beyond ourselves, beyond the boundaries of our families, friends or community.”Arvin Paul H. Castillo, BSM-Applied Mathematics

“The point of it all was to challenge my abilities and see my fullest potential, how I can contribute to the world around me.”Maria Natasha C. Dugan, BS- Management

“My experience has really formed me becoming a person with a helping hand at all times for the needy and with a sense of leadership.”Kim Gerard L. Ada, BS-Electronics Engineering
