Q: Is this a franchise business?
A: Vending is not a franchise business. From our experience, it is not feasible for an entrepreneur to buy 1 or 2 machines.

Q: How much is it to own a vending machine?
A: We do not believe in misleading people. That  is why we don't sell vending machines.  We only operate our own machines. We can partner with site owners for them to avail of our vending services

Q: … So then, how can I have a vending machine?
A: You may call us to discuss your vending requirements and we would be glad to meet with you. We will survey your establishement and if your location meets our criterias, we can install the machine in approximately 5 days.

Q: What is the minimum number of people required for vending service?
A: Having a free on loan vending services, would normally require a minimum population of 150 people, however.......

Q: … But we only have a small amount of employees that will use the vending equipment. Will you still install and service our size account?
A: .......However, where the population is smaller, we can still negotiate to install  machines. Some of our customers, provide supports and subsidies for them to enjoy our vending services. We will try to tailor fit our services for your needs.

Q: Do your machines accept paper bills as well as coins?
A: Yes, our vending machines accept paper bills and coins. It also gives change.

Q: Do you service machines on holidays?
A: Yes. Philippine Vending Corporation is the only company that provides true 24-hour service. We have people to serve you everyday, including  Sundays and holidays.
